STAIRCASE GD.
DESCRIPTION
This staircase was design for a very special client who's desire was to create focal point in their home. When did the site visit the apartment was still under construction so we redesigned the entire staircase, including the poorly designed risers.
Our solution was to "build a ladder in top of a ladder" with the bamboo texture in order to give the risers more stability and height.
CONCEPT AND COLORS
We had to think how to hide the fact that there were two staircases so we managed to cover the entire staircase with bamboo in order to achieve perfect harmony.
The zen garden played an important role along with the mirror and lighting design as the focal effects to give more depth to the space.
